T-Stick Disposable Sensors


A record-keeping tool for your food safety program. Easy to read sensor verifies proper temperature in seconds. Recordable, with time, date and initial space on back for permanent HACCP record. The 140° T-Stick, for hot-holding of foods, turns from white to green when food is at or above 142°F preventing the growth of bacteria that can cause dangerous foodborne illness. The 160° T-Stick turns black when burgers have been fully cooked as required by USDA. The 170°F T-Stick is ideal for checking proper internal temperature of chicken breasts, chicken parts and fish.
