Heated Cabinets

The "TH-23" powerfully provides 80-180 degree warming temperatures throughout the cabinet for uniform, forced-air, convection heating. Heater is sheathed for maximum corrosion resistance, and generates consistent warmth for holding prepared foods for later serving. User-friendly with its manually adjusted humidity control and color-coded exterior dial thermometer. Includes a 12"x20" pan for when higher humidity is required. Interior automatically lights when opened allowing the operator to place warm product on adjustable, chrome-plated shelves. NSF-4 approved.
