TraulsenÕs convertible models are designed for use as standard temperature freezers. However, with the flip of a switch, these can be converted to operate at refrigerated temperatures. This two-temperature ability allows the operator to maximize either their refrigerated or frozen storage space as needed, providing them with additional flexibility in order to manage changing menus and product types.
