The Waste Xpress¨ helps reduce labor and waste handling costs while increasing kitchen efficiency. The kitchen waste, consisting of food and non-food items, is ground into small particles in the disposer grind chamber. This ground waste is then transferred to the dewatering unit where the liquids are extracted and sent down the drain line. The compressed waste is then dispensed through the chute into a standard 10-gallon trash can. This reduces the volume by 85%ÑTen bags of waste can be turned into less than two, so there's less to haul away.
