Compatable with most fryers, comes standard with a gravity drain (S models). Available with a reversible pump feature (R models). Powerful 4 GPM steel gear pump (1/3 HP motor) filters 50-lbs. of oil in 5 minutes. 5' hose reaches frypot to wash down crumbs from walls and bottom and return filtered oil to the frypot. Comes standard with cover and fold-down handles. UL. NSF. CE.
